Vyzor Helmet Reservation Terms

These Reservation Terms apply to reservations for Vyzor products made through ridevyzor.com. Vyzor is operated by Rapid Motion Inc. (“Vyzor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing a reservation, you agree to these Reservation Terms.

1. Your Reservation

By paying the reservation deposit, you are reserving priority access to purchase a Vyzor helmet when it becomes available for sale.

A reservation is not the final purchase of a Vyzor helmet. You will not be charged the remaining product price unless you later choose to complete your purchase.

When Vyzor is ready to accept final orders, we expect to contact reservation holders with information about:

  • the final product;

  • final pricing;

  • available configurations, if applicable;

  • taxes and shipping costs;

  • estimated delivery timing; and

  • instructions for completing the purchase.

You may choose at that time whether or not to proceed.

2. Reservation Deposit

The reservation deposit is USD $25.

Depending on your location and the currency presented or processed at checkout, your payment may be charged in an equivalent local currency, including Canadian dollars. The amount and currency actually charged will be displayed during checkout.

If you later purchase a Vyzor helmet, your reservation deposit will be credited toward the purchase price.

The reservation deposit does not represent the full price of the product.

3. Estimated Product Price

The currently estimated retail price of the Vyzor helmet is USD $399.

This price is an estimate and may change before the final product becomes available due to product development, manufacturing, supply chain, certification, duties, taxes, or other factors.

If the final price changes, you will be shown the final price before deciding whether to complete your purchase.

You are not obligated to purchase the product because you placed a reservation.

4. Fully Refundable Reservation

Your reservation deposit is fully refundable.

You may cancel your reservation and request a refund at any time before the reservation deposit is applied toward a completed product purchase.

There is no Vyzor cancellation fee for cancelling a reservation.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method and in the currency in which the transaction was processed.

Vyzor will refund the full amount charged by Vyzor for the reservation. Any currency-conversion charges, foreign transaction fees, or similar charges independently imposed by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider are outside Vyzor's control.

To request a refund, contact us at info@ridevyzor.com and include the email address or order number associated with your reservation.

Nothing in these Reservation Terms limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

5. Product Is Still in Development

Vyzor is a product currently undergoing development, testing, refinement, manufacturing preparation, and certification.

Product images, renders, prototypes, demonstrations, specifications, descriptions, software interfaces, features, dimensions, materials, colours, components, packaging, and other information displayed on our website or marketing materials may represent development-stage versions of the product.

The final production product may differ from prototypes, renders, demonstrations, or specifications shown before launch.

We may modify, replace, remove, or add features as the product is developed, including where changes are necessary for safety, certification, manufacturability, reliability, performance, usability, or regulatory compliance.

You will have an opportunity to review material information about the final product before deciding whether to complete your purchase.

6. Estimated Availability and Delivery

We are currently targeting initial customer deliveries in early 2027, including an estimated January–February 2027 timeframe.

This is a development target and not a guaranteed shipping or delivery date.

Developing and manufacturing a new hardware product involves uncertainties, including engineering changes, component availability, manufacturing, testing, certification, regulatory approval, logistics, and other circumstances that may affect the schedule.

We may therefore revise our expected availability or delivery timeline.

If there is a material delay, we will communicate updated information to reservation holders. You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of your reservation deposit if you no longer wish to wait.

7. A Reservation Does Not Guarantee Delivery

Although we intend to offer Vyzor to reservation holders, placing a reservation does not guarantee that:

  • the product will enter commercial production;

  • every proposed feature will be included;

  • the product will be available in every country or region;

  • a particular configuration, size, colour, or option will be available;

  • regulatory or safety certifications will be obtained by a particular date; or

  • the product will be delivered by a particular date.

If we determine that we cannot offer the product to you, we will cancel your reservation and refund your reservation deposit.

8. Reservation Priority

Reservations are intended to help us determine demand and provide reservation holders with priority access when Vyzor becomes available.

Where practical, invitations to complete a purchase may be offered based on reservation order. However, production batches, geographic availability, certification requirements, product configurations, shipping destinations, and other operational factors may affect ordering priority.

A reservation does not guarantee a specific numbered position in a production or delivery queue unless we expressly state otherwise.

9. Completing Your Purchase

When Vyzor becomes available for purchase, we may send you an invitation to complete your order.

Before completing your purchase, you will be shown the applicable:

  • final product price;

  • reservation credit;

  • taxes;

  • shipping charges;

  • estimated shipping or delivery timeframe;

  • product specifications; and

  • additional purchase, warranty, return, and shipping terms.

You will be free to accept or decline the purchase.

We will not automatically charge you the remaining balance solely because you placed a reservation.

If you decline to complete the purchase, you may request a refund of your reservation deposit.

10. Taxes, Shipping, Duties and Other Charges

The USD $25 reservation deposit does not include any future shipping charges, customs duties, brokerage charges, taxes, or other costs associated with purchasing and delivering the final Vyzor product unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any applicable costs associated with the final product purchase will be disclosed before you complete that purchase where reasonably determinable.

11. Communications

By placing a reservation, you agree that we may contact you using the information you provide for transactional communications relating to your reservation, including:

  • reservation confirmation;

  • product-development updates relevant to your reservation;

  • changes to expected availability;

  • requests to confirm reservation information;

  • invitations to complete your purchase; and

  • cancellation or refund information.

Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Please keep your contact information current so that we can reach you regarding your reservation.

12. Cancellation by Vyzor

We may cancel a reservation if:

  • we discontinue the product or reservation program;

  • we are unable to offer the product in your location;

  • regulatory, manufacturing, supply, technical, or commercial circumstances prevent us from proceeding;

  • we reasonably believe the reservation was made fraudulently or in violation of these terms; or

  • we otherwise determine that we cannot fulfil the reservation.

If Vyzor cancels your reservation, we will refund the reservation deposit unless the payment has previously been refunded or successfully disputed and reversed.

13. No Safety Guarantee

Vyzor is being designed to improve rider awareness and provide additional information while riding. Features such as rear-view information, vehicle detection, alerts, navigation, lighting, or other electronic functions are intended to supplement—not replace—responsible riding practices and attention to the surrounding environment.

No electronic detection, display, camera, alert, or safety system can detect every hazard or prevent every collision.

Final safety instructions, warnings, certifications, intended uses, and limitations applicable to the production product will be provided with the final product.

14. Changes to These Reservation Terms

We may update these Reservation Terms as the reservation program or applicable requirements evolve.

Changes will not eliminate your right under these terms to request a refund of your reservation deposit before completing your final product purchase.

If we make a material change affecting an existing reservation, we may notify affected reservation holders using the contact information associated with their reservation.
